由亞洲中學生體育聯合會會員主辦，項目分成 A,B,C 三個組別，每項目三年一度舉行，每年約有四個比賽。
Hosted by members of Asian School Sport Federation, sports categorized
in A,B,C three groups with four sports in a group, each sport will be
hosted once every three years. |

組別 Group A: 田徑 Athletics , 羽毛球 Badminton, 籃球 Basketball, 手球 Handball
組別 Group B: 七人欖球 Rugby 7s , 壁球 Squash, 游泳 Swimming, 乒乓球 Table Tennis
組別 Group C: 越野跑 Cross Country, 曲棍球 Hockey, 排球 Volleyball |

足球項目由亞洲學界足球聯會獨立管理，香港每年輪流參與 U18 或 U15 比賽。
Football operates under the umbrella of Asian Schools Football
Federation, Hong Kong will take part in the U18 and U15 in turns in
every alternate year. |
